WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION + POLICIES

ORDEring

ORDER MINIMUM:  

$300 minimum purchase for each initial order. $150 minimum purchase for each subsequent order. Products are sold in multiples of 6, as outlined in the individual listings.

RETURNS:

Bodhi Basics is responsible for getting your order to you safely. If items are missing or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of arrival for replacement or credit. After this time, Bodhi Basics cannot be held responsible for the items. We do not accept returns, due to the nature of the product. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will work out an arrangement to satisfy the customer.

PRICES:

Wholesale orders receive a 30%-40% discount off regular retail pricing. In addition, orders over $600 get 5% off using code "WHOLESALE5" and orders of $1000 of more get 10% using code "WHOLESALE10". Due to the high quality of our ingredients and our handmade process, we cannot afford any further discounts at this time. Any free shipping promo codes are for retail orders only. Our website may allow you to input the code, but it is not valid for these types of orders.

PAYMENT:

We accept Paypal, credit cards, or check. We do not accept terms at this time. Orders can be placed via email, phone, or through our website‘s wholesale page.

Leadtime

After the order is placed it will take 3 - 4 weeks for your order to be completed (TAT). This insures that you will receive the freshest and highest quality product.   If your order does not contain soaps the lead time may be less.   We will contact you after the order is placed to give you an estimated delivery date.
