If you can, apply Headache Relief at the onset of your headache.    This product also works as a mood booster and a calming oil to add to wrists, neck, and temples during times of stress and anxiety.

Directions

For headaches: Apply to temples, wrists, behind ears, or where ever the headache is stemming from.  Wait 5-10 minutes.  Reapply as needed.
